The Year End Annual Meeting was called to order by Mayor Ruot leading in the Pledge to the Flag. Roll Call was answered by Marcia Maynard, Don Henry, Larry Burgener, Joann Lower and Dave Little. Zach Hite was absent. Others present included Mike Reschke.

Burgener made the motion to approve the Year End Bills to be Paid with additions and corrections, Henry seconded. Council voting Yes: Maynard, Henry, Burgener, Lower and Little. No: None.

Mayor Ruot stated that he is pleased with the progress that has been made in his first year as Mayor. Mayor Ruot thanked Council for their hard work and requested cooperation for what is to come in the future

In New Business Mayor Ruot requested approval for Village Clerk Mischelle Davis to be added to the Revolving Loan Fund Checking Account as an alternate signature. Maynard made the motion to add Mischelle Davis to the Revolving Loan Fund Checking Account, Lower seconded. Council voting Yes: Maynard, Henry, Burgener, Lower and Little. No: None.

Mayor Ruot presented the estimate from Central States Fireworks for the 2014 fireworks display. The estimate is the same as last year, $10,000.00. The Village is required to pay 50{d3bb7c3d20bb2c333f8bbb4cc4dee311415bccd1d2e8a98d1fef6c9530e85137} upon acceptance of the agreement. Maynard made the motion to approve the Central States Fireworks estimate, Burgener seconded. Council voting Yes: Maynard, Henry, Burgener, Lower and Little. No: None.

Mayor Ruot requested a motion to adjourn if there was no further business to come before Council. Maynard made the motion to adjourn, Henry seconded. Council voting Yes: Maynard, Henry, Burgener, Lower and Little. No: None.
