Water Rates & Policies
A $100.00 deposit must be paid on all new accounts. The deposit may be refunded to OWNERS after 12 consecutive months of timely payments. For renters, the deposit is retained until they move. Water bills are mailed at the beginning of the month and payment is due by the 15th.
Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water service.
